What inspection services do you provide?
We offer full-range third-party quality control services, including Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), During-Production Inspection (DUPRO), Initial Production Check (IPC), Container Loading Supervision (CLS), and Factory Audits. Our inspectors are based across major manufacturing regions in China, including Shenzhen, Yiwu, Guangzhou, Ningbo, and Hangzhou.

What does the inspection report include and how fast is delivery?
Our report covers an AQL-based sampling plan, quantity and packaging checks, workmanship and defect classification including critical, major, and minor defects, functional and measurement tests where applicable, and full photographic evidence. Reports are delivered as PDF files in English, typically within 24 hours of the inspection date.

What happens if the goods fail inspection?
A FAIL report clearly lists each defect with photos and root-cause notes. You can share the report directly with your supplier and request rework. Once the supplier resolves the issues, we can arrange a follow-up re-inspection at a discounted rate to verify conformance before shipment.

Can your inspection reports be used for Trade Assurance disputes?
Yes. As an independent third-party inspection provider, our reports are objective and widely accepted as supporting evidence in Alibaba Trade Assurance claims and international payment disputes. We recommend booking an inspection before releasing final payment for any sizeable order.
